Professor Kirk Schanze wins 2009 ACS Florida Award

Professor Kirk S. Schanze is the recipient of the 2009 Florida Award presented annually by the Florida Section of the American Chemical Society.

The award recognizes leadership and contributions that advance the profession of chemistry. Professor Schanze delivered the Award Lecture at the Florida ACS Annual Meeting and Exposition (FAME 2009) held in May 2009. Professor Schanze is also the Editor-in-Chief of ACS's new journal, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces.
