 FIMS-2005, 3rd annual Florida Inorganic Mini Symposium
The 3rd annual Florida Inorganic Mini Symposium was held at UF September
24. More than 60 participants from USF, FSU and UF attended high-quality
talks and posters given by graduate students from the three institutions.
Initiated by Drago Professor George Christou in 2003, previous meetings
where held in Gainesville and in Tampa. This year's successful meeting
was organized by a committee of graduate students Candace Zieleniuk,
Juergen Koller, Ian Rummel, Daniel Morgan, and Rashmi Bahai.
Congratulations to Ellen Moomaw of Nigel Richard's group for winning
the poster prize!
