Welcome to the Mass Spectrometry Services!
The mass spectrometry
facility is located in Rooms 100, 101, and 102 of the Chermistry
Laboratory Building on Buckman Drive.
A wide range of services are
provided primarily towards structure elucidation and identification of
novel compounds, using both low and high resolution experiments as well as
tandem mass spectrometry approaches.
We have three Ph.D. level mass
spectroscopists with a combined experience of over sixty years, and at least two
graduate assistants to help analyze your samples.
In addition, we have several
graduate students developing methods and applying mass spectrometry as a
major portion of their graduate research.
