Research groups in the Biochemistry Division
There are six faculty whose appointments are in the Biochemistry Division (Profs. Benner, Fanucci (joint with physical),
Horenstein, Lyons, Richards and Stewart). These links lead to the home pages of these research groups:

Other chemistry research groups with strong biochemical interests
Divisions exist only to organize faculty according to teaching interests and expertise; they are not artificial barriers to
cross-disciplinary research. Several other faculty in the Chemistry Department have strong interests in biochemistry and
maintain close ties and some of these are shown below with links to the home pages of these research groups:
Angerhofer
Brajter-Toth
Christou

Research groups with biochemical interests in other departments on campus
In addition to these groups in the Chemistry Department, there are a number of collaborations between faculty in the
Biochemistry Division and groups in other departments on campus including Botany,
Biochemistry and Molecular Biology,
Medicinal Chemistry,
Pharmacology,
Oral Biology and many others. These relationships combine expertise
from a variety of disciplines and enrich the experiences of both students and faculty.
